Entry into Two-Wheeler Auto Parts
Metal Fold commences, focusing on two-wheeler auto parts including exhaust systems, wheel rims, sheet metal components, and other automotive parts.
Dedicated Plant for Tailor-Made Wheel Rims
Metro Metal Fold Pvt. Ltd. is established as a dedicated facility for manufacturing tailor-made wheel rims for brands like Scooty and Kinetic.
Diversification into Nickel Chrome Plating
Rajdeep Metals is set up as a dedicated plant for nickel chrome plating, expanding the company's capabilities.
Spokes Manufacturing Unit Established
A new unit is set up specifically for the manufacturing of spokes.
Business Consolidation under Spare Autotech

Silencer Supply to LML
The company begins supplying silencers to LML for their newly launched 2-wheelers.
International Export Begins

Expansion: Bath & Medical
Bathtech Industries is launched for bathroom accessories, and manufacturing of pressure tanks for ventilators also commences.
Strategic Restructuring & New Product Lines
Metro Metalfold Pvt. Ltd. is designated as the dedicated company for the automotive aftermarket. Additionally, new setups for manufacturing filters and fork pipes are established, alongside the creation of Technomech Engineering for casting and machining work.
